A six-speed automatic transmission is standard with the 3.8 L V6 and the new 4.0 L V6. The four-speed automatic transmission is standard with the 3.3 L Flex-Fuel V6. There are thirty five new or improved features on the 2008 Grand Caravan. Some of the more notable available features include "Swivel-N-Go" seating with a stowable table, the MyGIG entertainment system, second and third row video screens, powered second row windows, and standard side curtain airbags.
The Stow 'n' Go feature (also available in the Dodge Grand Caravan) is system of seat-foldings to make more room to store your stuff. The second row of seats can be folded into the storage bins in the floor of the car. The third row of seats can do the same, but by maneuvering differently. You can also tumble the third row seat another way for tailgating.
The Swivel 'n' Go feature is only available on the 2008 Chrysler Town & Country and Dodge Grand Caravan. The pair of second row seats swivel around to face the third row. The car also comes with a table that can be placed between the second and third row seats. This option removes the Stow 'n' Go feature from the second row seats. What makes this product especially ats interesting is not just the swivel feature, but also the extremely high strength of the product. In the event of a crash, the entire load of the seat is transferred through the swivel mechanism, which is almost twice as strong as the minimum government requirement. The swivel has bumpers that stabilize the seat while in the lock position. When rotated the seat comes off these bumpers to allow easy rotation. The seat is Not meant to be left in an unlocked position or swiveled with the occupant in it, although it can be done without any damage to the swivel mechanism.

New Braunfels: From New Braunfels, head south on Highway 46. Pass under I-10 and we are on your right.
San Marcos: From San Marcos, head south on I-35 to New Braunfels. Exit highway 46 (#189) and turn left. Continue south on 46. Pass under I-10 and we are on your right.
Boerne: From Boerne, take 46 south towards New Braunfels. Turn left at loop 337. Continue around loop 337 in New Braunfels. (337 turns into 46 again) Continue south on 46. Pass under I-10 and we are on your right.
