Windshield side moldings channel rainwater onto the roof instead of side windows where it can interfere with visibility. This is one serious piece of metal. The Dodge Ram's hydroformed frame is fully boxed and made of advanced high-strength steel for improved structural performance and torsional rigidity, as well as reduced noise, vibration and harshness. Also, the serviceable front frame rail tips with patented crush initiators are designed to absorb frontal impacts.
