Salespeople
Our salespeople have a two part training program to prepare them to properly assist customers in choosing a vehicle that suits their needs. The first part of the program includes a formalized program from Chrysler LLC that gives the salesperson a basic overview of sales as an art and the new products Chrysler has on the market. The second part of the training includes a comprehensive and in-depth look at the inner workings of sales and customer relationship management.
