Are you ambitious and outgoing? Do you want to be part of something big? Well we are building a sales force to be reckoned with and we need people just like you. We are looking for salespeople that are willing to learn our sales system and are willing to put in the work necessary to succeed.
This opportunity provides candidates with a valuable sales training program. Employees will be compensated with a base salary plus a dynamic commission structure unique to this dealership. The salesperson will be supported by a full-scale marketing budget to ensure sufficient leads. Laptop computer and CRM software tools will be provided.
Desired Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outgoing and personable
- Coachable and willing to buy into a sales system
- Must be willing to relocate
- 1 to 3 years professional sales experience preferred, but not required
- 4-year degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Advertising
- Ability to speak Spanish is a major plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good computer skills
- Must be willing to work 5 days a week including Saturdays
Willing to be a part of a long-term plan to build something big. We are looking for people who want to make a home and build a business.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling in store, and over the phone customer traffic
- Calling on Individual Small Business Clients
- Lead management
- Customer Relationship Management
- Marketing and Advertising
- Negotiations and Closing
- Use of Online Listing Services like Craigslist and Ebay to buy and sell vehicles
